What can be reported
Phishing, malware, fraud, compromised accounts, unlawful content, spam, harassment, copyright or trademark concerns, credential theft and activity that threatens another customer or network.
Abuse and complaints
Use the public Xentra support centre to submit a report for review. We do not automatically suspend, delete or modify a domain or hosting service from a public report.

Include the affected domain or URL, hosting service or order identifier if known, timestamps with timezone, relevant headers or screenshots, and a concise explanation of the harm. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, private keys or domain authorization codes.
Open the public support centre and choose Report abuse or security. Reports are acknowledged through the available support channel and triaged according to severity, evidence and provider obligations. This is not an emergency service; contact local emergency services for immediate danger.
Submit only information needed to investigate. Xentra Digital Sdn. Bhd. may share relevant evidence with a sponsoring provider, registry, hosting provider or lawful authority when necessary. See the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.
