Privacy Policy

Xentra Digital Sdn. Bhd. operates the Xentra Digital customer service. We collect account, contact, billing, order, service, support, security and technical information needed to provide, secure and improve the services.

For domain registration, registrant information and transaction details may include the information required by the sponsoring registrar, registry and applicable policy.

We use information to create and secure accounts, calculate and collect charges, support customers, fulfil orders, provision hosting, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations and maintain audit records. We do not use a payment or domain test transaction to validate a service.

We share only the information needed with service providers supporting payment, hosting, email, support and domain fulfilment. Domain requests arranged through Xentra are provided to Global Domain Group LLC (GDG), Dynadot and the applicable registry and their service providers as described in the Domain Registration Agreement.

Provider privacy notices and registry rules govern the providers’ respective processing. Public directory display and privacy/proxy availability depend on the applicable TLD, provider and policy.

We retain records for the period needed for service delivery, accounting, dispute handling, security and legal obligations. We apply access controls, minimisation and audit trails appropriate to the information.

To ask about access, correction, deletion where available, or a privacy concern, use Xentra support. Requests may be limited where retention or disclosure is required by law or an applicable registrar or registry rule.

This policy should be reviewed by Malaysian privacy counsel before new processing purposes, tracking technologies or international data flows are introduced.
