Xentra Domain Registration Agreement and Data Notice

Xentra Digital arranges domain registrations through Global Domain Group LLC (GDG), the sponsoring registrar for registrations fulfilled through this service. Xentra Digital is not an ICANN-accredited registrar and is not an authorized reseller of Dynadot’s Services. Dynadot Inc. is an affiliate of GDG and provides the linked provider services. You may identify a domain’s sponsoring registrar using the InterNIC lookup, which currently redirects to ICANN Lookup, or ask Xentra to identify GDG.

Domain registrations and related registrar services are subject to the applicable sponsoring-registrar, registry, ICANN consensus-policy and legal requirements. A request is not complete until accepted by the registrar and registry. TLD-specific eligibility rules may also apply.

You must provide accurate and current registrant information, update it when it changes, respond to registrar verification requests, and use the domain lawfully without infringing another party’s rights. You are responsible for reviewing and following applicable registration, dispute, transfer, renewal and registry policies.

A registration grants a time-limited domain-name registration, not permanent ownership. Keep renewal contact and payment details current and renew before expiry. Expiry, grace periods, restoration availability and fees are controlled by the sponsoring registrar and registry; restoration is not guaranteed. Transfer requests remain subject to eligibility, domain locks, authorization and applicable policies.

Privacy or proxy services are available only where offered and eligible. Their availability and treatment of registration data depend on the selected service, sponsoring registrar, registry and applicable policy.

To place and administer a domain order, Xentra will provide the relevant contact and transaction information you submit to GDG, Dynadot and the applicable registry and their service providers. They use that information for registration, account and domain administration, verification, support, security, legal compliance and other purposes described in their current privacy notices. Registration data may be processed or disclosed as required by applicable registry and ICANN policies; public directory display depends on the TLD, policy and any eligible privacy service.

By submitting a domain order, you consent to this disclosure and processing for the requested domain service, and you accept Dynadot’s current Terms of Use / Service Agreement, including its privacy terms. Those provider terms govern registrar services and prevail over conflicting Xentra terms. If you provide personal data about another person, you confirm that you are authorized to provide it and have given that person the required notice and obtained any required consent.
