Hosting Terms

Hosting is supplied under the selected published package version and billing cycle. Storage, bandwidth, mailboxes, databases, backups and other limits are the authoritative package limits shown at order time and in the immutable service snapshot.

Hosting provisioning begins only after payment and fulfilment-time readiness checks pass. A published plan does not guarantee immediate provisioning, and Xentra may keep an order pending or refund it under the Refund Policy if a required service dependency cannot safely fulfil it.

Keep credentials secure, maintain lawful content and backups, and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Resource limits and fair-use rules apply even where a feature is described as Unlimited Bandwidth.

Renewals use the purchased billing cycle unless the customer chooses a new cycle for a future renewal. Non-payment, abuse, security risk or a provider limitation may result in suspension subject to applicable notice and law.
