Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are a customer agreement with Xentra Digital Sdn. Bhd. (Xentra Digital). They apply to the Xentra public website, customer account, published products and services that link to these terms.

Service-specific terms, order details and policies form part of the agreement for the service purchased. If there is a conflict, the service-specific term applies only to that service and the more specific provision controls.

Keep account, billing and contact information accurate and secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must not use the services unlawfully, deceptively or to interfere with another customer or provider.

An order is subject to availability, price validation, payment confirmation and the applicable fulfilment checks. A domain search or published price is not a reservation or guarantee of registration.

Some services are fulfilled through identified third-party providers. Domain registrations arranged by Xentra are sponsored and fulfilled through Global Domain Group LLC (GDG); Dynadot Inc. is an affiliate of GDG and provides linked provider services. Xentra Digital is not an ICANN-accredited registrar.

Applicable provider, registry and platform terms remain relevant to the requested service. The domain-specific disclosures and provider links are in the Domain Registration Agreement.

We may update these terms by publishing a new version. A material change may require fresh acceptance before a new order. Existing accepted snapshots are retained with the order and are not silently rewritten.
